MMS was founded in 2022 by Chris Sweetland, who took the leap to create a business built on a passion for delivering smarter, more effective engineering and maintenance strategies. What began as a three-month contract quickly evolved into a dynamic company focused on providing tailored solutions for businesses across diverse industries.
In its early days, MMS concentrated on strategy delivery in the recycling sector, while also undertaking subcontract work within UK utilities. Over time, the company expanded its services and client base, growing to support businesses across the UK and Europe. Today, MMS offers a range of services, including strategy delivery, safety inspections, maintenance audits, and business improvements, all while staying true to its original mission: to drive progress and reliability through clear, actionable strategies and strong relationships.
